duke-cntr-applied-genomics_logoThe Administrative Coordinating Center (ACC) plays a key role in IGNITE as the administrative heart of the network. Housed within the Duke Center for Applied Genomics & Precision Medicine, the ACC supports the network by assisting individual IGNITE research sites and also fostering cross-network activities.

The ACC provides a wide range of supporting activities, including:

  • coordinating network meetings and communication
  • fostering and enhancing collaboration within the network
  • cultivating collaboration with other networks

ACC faculty co-investigators also contribute their expertise on implementing genomics in clinical practice to the IGNITE projects. They work with IGNITE project investigators to address challenges, apply solutions, and conduct cross-study analyses in order to maximize the public health impact of these genomic implementation studies.
